At Drift HQ, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit your build or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging including all hardware, manuals, and protective materials.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
